Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given unless the merchandise is faulty. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Please note that vintage items are not new and often are between 20 to 150 years old and therefore will have minor imperfections. Please read descriptions carefully as any major imperfections will be listed.
Feel free to ask any questions if you are unsure before you make a purchase. If you feel you have received an item that you deem to be unsuitable due to a fault please contact Empress Marlene at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the item. Goods must be returned within 14 working days of notifying us. Goods need to be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all original packaging and invoice attached.
